A RESOLUTION ORDERING LOCAL ILTROVEMENT H-311.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That a looal improvement desoribed and designated as follows
Mall be made under Seotion 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-311 as follows:
On N. W. 5th Street, from Baydhore Drive to E. property line
N. W. let Avenue as same oontinues south of N. W. 5th Street: and
from 150 feet E. of N. W. lst Court to W. property line of N. W.
5th Avenue (Except Lots 1-2, Block 67 N. Dorn's Subdivision, 76').
Grading 7 feet on both eides of present roadway. • •
Construoting a concrete onrb 6 inobes wide and 14 inches deep
and a conorete gutter 18 inohes wide and 7* inches deep on both
sides of the street; (except Lots 11-12, Blook 68 N. Dorn'e'Sub-
division 100').
Laying a pavement of sheet asphalt 3 inches thick, upon a
foundation of local pit rook not less than 8 inches thiok, all be-
ing to a width of 7 feet on each side of the present roadway i Pro-
viding neoessary drainage inlets, eatch-basins and manholes for
sewers.
The property against which special assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District 1-311.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, A. D. 1926.
