RESOLUTION NO. 8518. -
A RESOLUTION REPEALING ALL PROCFIE,DIN'GS TAKEN BY TBS
COMUSSION IN REFERENCE TO HIGHWAY IMPROV IENTS 303
AND 311.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMUISSION OF TRE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. m?*at all proceedings taken by the Commission
in reference to Higbvay Improvement 303, including Resolution
No. 2289, adopted November 23rd, 1925 and resolution No. 2378,
adopted December 21st, 3,9251, be, and the sane are hereby, can-
celled and repeal ed.
Section 2. That all proceedings taken by the Commission
in reference to Highway Improvement 3119 including Resolution
No. 2435, adopted January 11th, 1926 and Resolution No, 2462,
adopted January 25th, 1926, be, and the same are hereby, can-
celled and repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 19th day of February, A, D. 1926.
