A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE VALUATION OF BRICKELL'S
OUTLOT AND RIPARIAN RIGHTS THERETO, AT THE FOOT OF
S.E. 16TH-ROAD, FORMERLY KNOWN AS BROADWAY, IN POINT
VIEW, FIXED BY THE BOARD OF ARBITRATION AND AUTHORIZ-
ING THE PURCHASE OF SAID PROPERTY.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY C? MIAMI t
Section 1. That the value of Briokell's outlot and riparian
rights thereto, at the foot of S. E. 16th Rod, formerly known se
Broadway, in Point View, fixed by the Board of Arbitration at
Seventy Thousand ($70,000.00) Dollars be, and the same is hereby,
aooepted.
Section 2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to
purchase for, and on behalf of the City of iami, the said property
and to pay the purchase pride thereof as soon as funds are available
for the purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of February, A. D. 1926.
