A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY ElNENT
DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF MTAMI Or
THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is neoeeaary that the City of Miami eoquire
for street purposes the following desoribed property, 'oasts(
in the Oity of Miami, County of Dade end State of Florida, to-
wi t:
Lot Fourteen (14) of Block Three (3) of
RICE & SULLIVAN'S SUBDIVISION, an addition
to the City of Miami, Florida, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Bock 4,
page 64; of the Publio Records of Dade Conn
Florida.
The above and foregoing desoribed property is neoeseary and
should be aoquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth
in this resolution is neoeeaary and should be aoquired for street
purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to institute the necessary legal proceedings
in the name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City
by eminent domain of the following desoribed property, located in
the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to wit:
Lot Fourteen (14) of Block Three (3) of
RICE & 6ULLIVAN'S SUBDIVISION, an addition
to the City of Miami, Florida, according to
the plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 4,
page 64, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
PA6 ED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, A. D. 1926.
