A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY I I-
NENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE OITY ( '
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY BEREINAPT
DESCRIBED.
WHER,EAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following described property, located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
Lot Thirteen (13) of Blook Three (3) of RICE &
SULLIVAN'S SUBDIVISION, an addition to the City
of Miami, Plorida, according to the plat thereof
recorded i$ Plat Book 4, page 64, of the Publio
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing desoribed property is necessary and should
be aoquired by the City of Miami for .street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMTSSION OF' THE CITY
OF MIAMI ;
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is neoessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized end di-
rected to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the name
of the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent
domain of the following described property, located in the City
of Miami, County of Dade and State ofFlorida, to -wit:
Lot Thirteen (13) of Block Three (3) of RICE
& SULLIVAN'S SUBDIVISION, an addition to the
City of Miami, Florida, a000rding to the plat
thereof recorded in Plat Book 4, page 64, of
the public records of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 15th day of February, A. D. 1926.
