A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AOQUIREMENT BY EMI-
NENT ' DOMAAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY Or
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER
DESORIBED.
WHEREAS, it is neoeseary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following desoribed property, looated in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit;
A part of Lot Thirteen (13), Block "D" of
Rioe & Sullivan's Subdivision, es per plat
thereof reoorded in Plat Book 4, page 64 of
the Publio Reoords of Dade County, Florida,
more partioularly desoribed es follows, to -
wit:
Begin at the southeast oorner of the said lot,
thenoe run north on the east line of the said
lot a distanoe of 160 feet to the northeast
corner of the said lot; thence west on'tbe
north line of the lot a distanoe of 22.992 feet;
thenoe southwesterly a distanoe of 160.389 feet
to a point on the south line of the said lot
21,702 feet east of the southwest corner of the
said lot; thenoe east on the south line of the
said lot a distanoe of 33.298 feet to the point
of beginning;
and
WHEREAS, the above and foregoing desoribed property is neoea-
saxy and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street pur-
poses;
NOW, THEREFORE, Bz; I'1' E6OLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI :
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is neoeseary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to institute the neoeseary legal prooeedings in the name
of the City of Lliami for the acquirement by said City by aaithant
domain of the following described property, looated in the City
of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
A part of Lot 'Thirteen (13) , Block "D" of Rioe &
2L Sullivan's Subdivision, ae per plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 4, page 64 of the Publio Re-
C cords of Dade County, Florida, more partioularly
described as follows, to -wit:

a distanoe of 160 feet to the northeast corner of
the said lot; thence west on the north line
