A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIR.o..AENT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY WEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami
for street purposes the following desoribed propert
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State
wit:
The Vieat Fifteen (16) feet of Lot Seven
(7) of Blook One (1), of BANYAN PLACE,
subdivision in the City of Miami, Dade
County, Florida, a000rding to a plat of
said subdivision reoorded on page 76 of
Plat Book 4, in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, i u3. f4140,0e
County, Florida,
and.
WHEREAS, the above and foing desoribed property is
necessary and should be aoquired by he City of Miami for street
purposes;
NOW, THE:7", ?, BE
BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
and hereinafter desoribed and set forth in
necessary and should be acquired for street
the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, author -
and directed to institute the necessary legal proceedings
the name of the City of Miami for the aoquirement by said City
eminent domain of the following desoribed property, located
the City of Miami, County of Dada and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Seven (7)
of Block One (1), of BANYA PLACE, a subdivi-
sion in the City of Miami, Dade County, Flori-
da, according to 8 plat of said subdivision
recorded on page 75 of Plat Book 4, in the
office of the Clerk of the dirouit Court, in
and for Dade County, Florida.
