A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIR T BY EMI
NENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OP
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEMEINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami aoquire
for street purposes the following desoribed property, located
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to
wit:
Lot Nine (9) of Block Ten (10) Of BR0ADM00R
SUBDIVISION, an addition to the City of Miami,
Florida, a000rding to plat thereof recorded
in Plat Book 2, page 37 of the Public Reoorde
of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is necessary and
should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COL 1ISSION OF THE
CITY OF LiIALZ:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street
purposep, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and directed to institute the necessary legal prooeedings
in the name of the City of Liiami for the acquirement by said City
by eminent domain of the following described property, located
in :he City of Liiami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
Lot Ili. Sze (9) of Block Ten (10) of BROADU00R
SUBDIVISION, an addition to the City of
Florids, aceordinz to the plat thereof recorded
in Plat Bool: 2, page 37 of the Public records
of Dade County, Florida.
