A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY 'LUINENT
DOIAAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF MIAMI OF
THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY MillETNAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the Oity of Miami eoquire
for street purposes tbe following desoribed property, located
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and. State of Florida, to
wit:
Lot Seven (7) of Block One (1) of MIRAMAR,
according to the plat thereof recorded in
Plat Book 5, page 4, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is necessary and
should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COLIMISSION OF THE
CITY OF IdIAMI:
'.hat the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this resolution is necessary and Should be acquired for street
purposes, and that the City Jttorney be, and he is hereby, au-
thorized and directed to institute the necessar leal proceed-
ings in the name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by
said City by eminent domain of the following: described property,
located in the Citj of Miami, County of Dade and tate of 21ori-
da, to -wit:
