A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AOQi1IR MENT BY EMINr T
DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF MA CITY OF MIAMI OP
THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is neoessary that the Olt y of Miami aoquire for
street purposes the following described property, located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Forty (40) feet of Lot Five (5) of
Blook Nine (9) of MIRAMAR, e000rding to the
Third Amended Plat thereof reoorded in Plat
Book 5, at page 4, of the Publio Records of
Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is neoessary and should
be aoquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BF IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF ILiLL:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in this
resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street purposes,
and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized and di -
rooted to institute the neoessary legal proceedings in the name of
the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by eminent domain
of the following described property, located in the City of Miami,
County of Dade end State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Forty (40) feet of Lot Five (5) of
Block Nine (9) of LIiRA:,1Aii according to the
Third Amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book
5, at page 4, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida.
