A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE E RENEWAL OF LEASE
DATED OCTOBER 8TH, 1925 WITH THE F. E. C. RAILWAY

HE I'1 RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
That the City Manager is hereby authorized to renew the
lease dated October 8th, 1925 on City warehouses with the F.
E. C. Railway Company for a period of ninety days from April
8th, 1926, so that the lease together with the ninety day ex-
tension shall expire July 8th, 1926.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, A. D. 1926.
