RESOLUTION NO. 2485.
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY
EMINENT DOi1AIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Aaiami aoquire
for street purposes the following described property, located
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and state of Florida, to -
wit:
The 'est Forty-five (45) feet of Lot Nine (9J
of Block Ten (10) of BROADMOOR SUBDIVISION,
an addition to the City of Miami, Florida, ac-
cording to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 37 of the Public liecords of Dade
County, Florida.
The above and foregoing described property is necessary and
should be acquired by the City of Miemi for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE oamlas,-,IoN OF TIIE
CITY OF MIA,i1:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth
in this resolution is necessary and should be acquired for
street purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and heir here-
by, authorized and directed to institute the necessary legal
proceedin,:s in the name of the City of lAami for the acquire-
ment by said City by eminent domain of the following described
property, located in the City of Miami, County of Dade and.
State of elorida, to -wit:
