A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AC. UIR NT BY I-
NENT DOMAIN FOR STRF-,T PURPOSES OF THE CITTY OF
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is neoesaary that the Oity of Miami ao
street purposes the following desoribed property, looated
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Forty (40) feet of the South Half
(8*) of Lot Eight (8), Blook Six (6) of
MIRAMAR, according to the plat thereof re-
corded in Plat Book 5, page 4, of the Public
Reoords of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoing desoribed property is neo aaary and Should
be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THF,NEFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY

this resolution is neoesaary and should be acquired for street
purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and direoted to ins tute the necessary legal prooeedinga
in the naf t City o iami for the aoquirement by said City

the Ci ami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
