A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AOQUIREMENT BY EMI-
NENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
WHERBAo, it is necessary that the City of Miami a re for
street purposes the following described properi'looated in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Fifteen (15) feet of Lot Fourteen (10
in Blook 0ne (1) of BIRD'S SUBDIVISION of the
South 272 feet of the North 512 feet of Lot 3
of Filer's Subdivision of Government Lot 2 in
Seotion 30, Township 53 South, Range 42 Fast,
according to the plat thereof reoorded in Plat
Book 4 at page 82 of the public reoorde of Dade
County, Florida.
The above and foregoing desoribed property is necessary and should
be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: 1111111
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this resolution is necessary and should be aoquired for street
purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, auth-
ted to institute the neoessary legal proceedings
in the name obe City of Miami for the aoquirement by said City
b eminent domain of the following described property, looated in
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
The West Fifteen (16) feet of Lot Fourteen (14)
in Blook One (1) of BIRD'S SUBDIVISION of the
South 272 feet of the North 512 feet of Lot 3
of Filer's Subdivision of Government Lot 2 in
Seotion 30, Township 53 South, Range 42 Last,
a000rding to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 4 at page 82 of the Publio Records of Dade
County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, A. D. 1926.
