A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE AOQUIREILRNT I-
NERT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES, OF THE OIPY or
MIAMI OF THE PROPsRTY IN SAID ODTT HEREINAFTER
DBSORIBED.
WHEREAS, it is neosesery that the City of Miami soquire
for street purposes the following desoribsd property, boated in
the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wits
"Block "0" of MIRAMAR, a000rding to the Third
Amended Plat thereof reoordsd in Plat Book 5,
page 4, Publio Reoords of Dade Oounty, Florida.
The above and foregoing desoribsd property is necessary and should
be aoquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.*
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THB OOI&ISSION OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI:
That the said land hereinafter described and set forth in
this resolution is necessary and should be acquired for street
purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, author-
ized and directed to institute the necessary legal proceedings in
the name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by said City by
eminent domain of the following desoribsd property located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
Block "0" of MIRAMAR, a000rding to the Third
Amended Plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 5,
page 4, Public Reoords of Dade County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, A. D. 1926.
