A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BT EMI
NENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE OITY OF
MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID OITY HEREINAFTER
DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami aoquire
for street purposes the following described property, leaoted
in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -
wit:
Lot FIFTEEN (16) of Blook TWO (2) of Beverly,
an addition to the City of Miami, Florida,
s000rding to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 49, of the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida
The aborts and foregoing described property is neoeseary and
should be acquired by the City of Miami for street purposes.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF TH$
CITY OF k AIMIII :
That the said land hereinafter desoribed and set forth
in this resolution is neoeasary and should be acquired for
street purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby,
authorised and direoted to institute the neoessary legal pro-
ceedings in the name of the City of Miami for the acquirement
by said City by eminent domain of the following described prop-
erty, located in the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of
Florida, to -wit:
Lot FIFTEEN (15) of Blook TWO (2) of BEVERLY,
an addition to the City of Miami, Florida,
aoeording to the plat thereof recorded in Plat
Book 2, page 49, of the Publio Reoords of Dade
County, Florida.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 8th day of February, 1926.
