A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREMENT BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI OF THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is neoessary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following described property, looated in the
City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
A strip of land along the East pide of Lot
Thirty -Six (36) of BANKER'S PARK, an addition
to the City of Miami, Florida, a000rding to
the plat thereof reoorded in Plat Book 2,
page 63 of the Publio Records of Dade County,
Florida, whioh strip is more partioularly de-
scribed as follows:
Commencing at a point on the East lino of Lot
THIRTY-SIX aforesaid a distance of seventy-
nine (79) feet south of the northeast corner
of said lot as a point of beginning; running
thence northerly along the east line of sail
lit a distance of seventy-nine feet to the
northeast oorner thereof; running thenoe west
along the northern boundary thereof, a distance
of five (5) feet to a point; thenoe south and
parallel to the first line a distance of fifty-
nine feet (59) and five inohes (5); thence in
a southeasterly direction following a ourve
"B" as shown on q tracing attached to a certain
deed between Ethel H. Threadgill and Percy
Threadgill, her husband, to the City of Miami,
Florida, a munioipal corporation, which deed
is dated Ootober 28th, 1922, and is recorded
in Deed Book 322, page 24, of the pubiio re-
cords of Dade County, Florida.

addition to the City of Miami, Florida, accord-
ing to the plat thereof reoorded in Plat Book
2, Page 53, of the Publio Reoords of Dade County,
/rrFloAda, EXCEPTING a triangular portion off the
L.Bouthwest oorner of said Lot 37, more particu-
larly described as follows:
Commencing at a point thirty (30) feet East of
the Southwest oorner of said Lot 37 as a point
of beginning; thence running west along the south
line of said lot a distance of thirty (30) feet
to the southwest corner thereof; thenoe north
'along the west line of said lot a distance of
thirty-two (32) feet; thence in a southeasterly
direotion following a ourve "B" to the point
of beginning, which curve is shown on a traoing
attaohed to a deed between Ethel H. Threadgill
and Percy Threadgill, her husband, to the City
of Miami, Florida, a munioipal corporation,
whioh deed is dated 0otober 28th, 1922, and is
reoorded in Deed Book 322, page 24, of the Publio
Reoords of Dade County, Florida.

That the said land hereinafter deeoribed end set forth in
this resolution le neoeeeary and should be acquired for street
purposes, and that the City Attorney be, and he is hereby, authorised
and direoted to institute the nsoessary legal prooeedinge in the
name of the City of Miami for the acquirement by a*id City by
eminent domain of the following described property. looated in
the City of Miami, County of Dade and State of Florida, to -wit:
A strip of land along the Bast side of Iot
THIRTY-SIX (36) of BANKER'S PAY, an addition
to the City of Miami, Florida, a000rding to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book 2, page 53,
of the Public Reoords of Dade County, Florida,
which strip is more particularly deeoribed as
follows:
Commencing at a point on the east line of Lot
36 aforesaid a distance of seventy-nine (79)
feet south of the northeast oorner of said Lot
as a point of beginning; running thenoe northerly
along the east line of said lot a distanoe of
seventy-nine feet to the northeast oorner there-
of; running thenoe west along the northern bound-
ary thereof, a distanoe of five (5) feet to a
point; thenoe south and pprallel to the first
line a distance of flay -nine feet (59) and five
(5) inches; thenoe in a southeasterly direction
following a curve "B" as shown on a traoing at-
tached to a certain deed between Ethel H. Thread -
gill and Percy Threadgill, her husband, to the
City of Miami, Florida, a munioipal corporation,
