A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND AWARDING CON-
TRACT TO J. B. MoCRARY IITGINEERING CORPORATION FOR
SEWER WORK IN DISTRICTS SR. 14G-A AND SR.` 169, UNDER
CITY SEWER COIMRACT SR. 64, AND AUTHORIZING THE EXECU-
TION OF SUCH CONTRACT.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF T:IE CITY OF MIAMI:
1. fillet the bid of J. B. McCrary Engineering Corporation
for sewer work in Sewer Districts Sr. 14-A and Sr. 159, at and
for the unit prioes set forth therein, be, and the same is here-
by, accepted.
2. That the City Manager is hereby authorized to execute,
for and on behalf of the Uity of Miami, the said oontraot for
such sewer work.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 1st day of February, A. D. 1926.
