TIEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for street and other municipal purposes the following described prop- erty, to -wit: Beginning at o point on the Eastern boundary of Section 26, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, 671.1 feet South 'I the Northeast corner of said Section 26, thence South 89 degrees and 53 minutes West, 35 feet, thence South parallel to and 35 feet West of the :astern boundary of said Section 26, 250 feet, thence North 89 degrees, 53 minutes East, 35 feet to a point on the Eastrn boundary of said Section 26, and 250 foet South of the place of beginning; thence continu- ing North 89 degrees, 53 minutes East, in Section 25, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, 128.15 feet *o a. point on the Easterl: boundary of land owned by Korn Realty Co., a corporation, thence North 5 degrees 4 minutes, 'Vest 10.85 feet, to a point on the Easterly boundery of said Korn Realty Co. land; thence North 20 degrees, 57 hinutos, 77est 103.43 feet to a point on the Zasterly boundary of said Korn Realty Company thence North 32 degrees 19 minutes West, 168.75 feet to the oluce of becinnin7; subject, however, to t:lo roadway now in use on the :astern end of tbe tract above described, ;he above and foret3oin,s described proeerty lyirj and being in Dade County, State of Tloride.
