A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING J1ND DIRECTING THE
BUILDING INSPECTOR OF THE CITY OF MIAMI TO
ISSUE A SPECIAL BUILDING PERLaT TO DAVENPORT

THEREAS, by an amendment to the City Building Code, it
is provided that in the construction of buildings to cover
a greater proportion of lot area than allowed by the City
Building Code, it be necessary to submit plans and speci-
fications for such building to the Building Inspector and the
Director of Public Service for examination and upon proper
recommendtion from said officials, the City Commissionimay
authorize the issuance of a Special Building Permit, and •
Davenport & '2,ich have submitted plans and speci-
fications for the erection and construction of a garage build-
ing located on Lots 6 and 7, Block 1, 7;est iiroadmoor, between
:2n1 .:venue and the "Zailroad, oppo ite U.E. 33rd
6-trect, to cover a greettr oroportion of lot areaShan allowed

the Building Insp ec tor has submitted his writ ten
