WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire for
street purposes the following described property, located in the
City of Miami, County of Dade rud State of Florida, to -wit;
The East Fifty (50) feet of Lot Twelve (12) and
the 'nest Eight (8) feet of Lot Thirteen (13) of
MAGNOLIA P.L.RK, according to the Second Amended
Plat thereof recorded in the office of the Clerk
of the Circuit Court, in and for Dade County,

The above and foregoing described property is necessary and
