A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUISITION BY EMINENT
DOMAIN FOR STREET AND HIGHWAY PURPOSES OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI, FLORIDA, THE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY HEREIN-
AFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire and
own for street and highway purposes, the following described prop-
erty:
BEginning at the SE corner of the NE4 of SW* of Section
35, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, run West on the
South line of said NEE* of the SW4, 675 feet, more or leas,
thence on a curve to the right tbru an aro 35 degrees and
30 minutes radius of 187.44 feet, thence Northwesterly on
a tangent to last described curve 18.5 feet more or less,
thenoe with an angle of 2 degrees and no minutes to the
left run Northwesterly 155.0 feet, more or less, to a point
where this line intersects the Southwesterly right-of-way
line of the present Allapattah Drive, as described in Ordi-
nance #311, said point of intersection being on a curve
having a radius of 2,579 feet, and a central angle of 7 de-
grees and 45 minutes and 125.5 feet, more or less, North-
westerly from the point of reversal, as described in Ordi-
nanoe #311, thence running co -incident with said Southerly
right-of-way of Allapattah Drive, Northwesterly along said
curve 225.36 feet, more or less, to the Northwesterly point
of reverse of said curve; thence leaving the present South-
westerly rightbfway of said Allapattah Drive run Northwester-
ly on a tangent to last described curve 13 feet, more or
less; thence curve to the right thru an arc of 56 degrees
radius of 263.30 feet, more or less, to a point on the West
boundary of the I TE4 of 6?34 of said Section 35, Township 53
South, Range 41 East; thenoe North along said West boundary
of the NE-14-of the S"a;: 74 feet, more or less, to a point on
said West -boundary of the NEB of SWI-, which point is 835.7
feet, more or less, South of - tho NW -corner of said NE4 of
SW,a, of Section 35, Township 53 South, Range 41 East, -and
is -also a point of curvature on the Westerly present right-
of-way line of Allapattah Drive; thence Southeasterly runn-
ing co -incident with said Westerly and Southerly right-of-
way of Allapattah Drive, along a curve whose tangent is
said 'lest boundary of the NE-4 of the S;7Y thru an arc of 69
degrees and 20 minutes radius of 265 feet to a point of re-
verse curve, said ,)oint being identical with a previous part
of this description; thence on a curve to the right thru an
arc of 7 degrees 45 minutes radius of 2,579 feet to a point
of reverse curve. Thence aloe; a curve to the left thru an
arc of 27 degrees 53 minutes radius of 427 feet to a point

Beginning at a point 622.2 feet pest and 44.0 feet North
of the SE corner of the NBe of Pa of Section 35, ToanZsbip
63 south, Rang a 41 East, run ,Northwesterly on a curve to
the right thru an aro of 27 degrees 53 minutes radius 897
feet; using a line 44 feet North of and parallel to the
South line of NE* of SW-4 of Section 35. Townahip 53 South,
Rang e 41 East as tangent. 'Thence on a curve to the left
thru an arc of 7 degrees 45 minutes radius 2,609 feet to
a point of reverse curve; thence curve to the right thru
an arc of 69 degrees 20 minutes radius 255 feet to a point
30 feet mast of the ''hest line of said NE4 of SW* and 835.7
feet, more or less, South of the North line of said NE` of
SW i thence Southeasterly on a curve whose tangent is a
line parallel to and 30 feet East of the West line of said
NE* of Sti'Y, thru an aro 69 degrees 20 minutes radius of
232.08 feet, more or lass; thence Southeasterly on a curve
whose tangent is a line parallel to and 30 feet Eastnf the
West line of said NF 4 of SW , thru an aro 69 degrees 20
minutes radius 232.08 feet, -more or less. Thenoe oontinu-
ing on the tangent of last described curve run 15.5 feet,
more or less, to a point 14 feet Northeasterly from present
Northeasterly right-of-way line of Allapattah Drive; thence
continuing southeasterly parallel to and 14 feet Northeaster-
ly from said Northeasterly right-of-way line along a curve to
the right thru an arc of 7 degrees 45 minutes radius 2.623
feet, thence continuing Southeasterly on a line tangent to
last described curve run 55.0 feet, more or less, thence on
a curve to the left thru an aro of 27 degrees 53 minutes
radius of 281.98 feet, more or less, to point of beginning.
The above described property lying and be:.ng in the City of
Miami, Dade County, Florida.

sary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street and high-
way purposes;

That the land hereinafter described and set forth in this reso-
lution is necessary and should be acquired for street and highway
purposes, and that t:ie City ;attorney be, and he is hereby, authorized
and directed to institute the necessary legal proceedings in the
name of the City of Lliami for the acquirement by said City by eminent
domain of the following described property, located in the City of
Miami, `'ounty of made and State of Florida, to -wit:
