BE IT RESOLVED BY :LIE COMMISSION OF THE CITY OP :.IIA1,11:
That a local improvement described and designated as follows
shall be made under Section 56, City Charter:
Improvement H-305 as follows:
On N.W. 13th Street, from N.W. 6th Avenue to N.W. 7tb Avenue.
;trading between curbs;
Constructing a concrete curb 6 inches wide and 14 inchesdeep
and a concrete gutter 16 inches wide and 7i inches deep on both
sides of the street, except that where suitable curb and gutter
to oroper line and grade are already'in place the construction
of a new curb dnd gutter will be omitted and credit will be given.
Laying a oavement of sheet aschalt 3 i-c,ches thick, upon a
foundation of locul :t rock not less than 6 inches thick, all be
inz Z9 feet wide und extending from curb to curb. Providing neces-
sary drai inlets, catch -basins and manholes for sewers.
The property u:r_inst whichspecial assessments for the cost
thereof shall be made is hereby designated District -:.1-305.
