A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIREk+7,1T BY
EMINENT DOMAIN FOR STREET PURPOSES OF THE
CITY OF OF TEE PROPERTY IN SAID CITY
HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami acquire
for street purposes tIle following described property, to -wit:
West 41* feet of Lot 48 of Mary Briokell's
Subdivision, of Fractional Section Thirty-
one (31), Township Fifty-three (53) South,
Range Fort --two (42) East, and Section Thirty-
six (36) , Township Fifty -tree (53) South,
Range Forty-one (41) East, according to the
plat thereof recorded in Plat Book "B", at
page 9, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
