A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING TEE RBSOLU
TIONS ORDERING SANITARY SEWER MU-
PROVEMENT 182.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting
held at 3:00 o'clock P. M., January llth, 1926,
after legal notice, heard all objections presented
by interested persons to the confirmation of the
resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 182,
and the plans, specifications and estimate of cost
thereof, and no objection was austained,
NOW, TRFAiFYORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 211E COMISSION
OF THE CITY OF EIALII: That Resolution No. 2408,
adopted December 2614, 1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer
Improvement 182, be, and the same is hereby, confirmed.
