A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ACQUIRE-
MENT BY EMINWT DOMAIN FOR STREET.PUR-
POSES OF laN CITY OF MIAMI OF THE PROP
ERTY IN SAID CITY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED.
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Miami
acquire for street purposes the following described property,
to -wit:
Lot Twelve (12), Block "C" of RICE & SULLIVAN'S
SUBDIVISION according to the plat thereof re-_
corded in Plat Book 4, Page 64 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
The above and foregoind described property is neces-
sary and should be acquired by the City of Miami for street
purposes.

That tht said land hereinafter described and set
forth in this resolution is necessary and should be acquired
for 'street purposee, and that the City Attorney be, and he is
hereby, authorized and directed to institute the necessary
legal proceedings in the name of the City of Miami for the
acquirement by said City by eminent domain of the following
deccribed property, towit:
