CALL TO ORDER
Present: Chair King, Commissioner Gabela, Commissioner Pardo and Commissioner
Rosado
Absent: Vice Chair Carollo
On the 30th day of October 2025, the Board of Commissioners of the Midtown
Community Redevelopment Agency of the City of Miami met in regular session at
Miami City Hall located at 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida. The meeting
was called to order by Chair King at 11:51 a.m., and was adjourned at 12:04 p.m.

Nicole N. Ewan, Assistant Clerk of the Board

STATUTES, FOR TERMS AS DESIGNATED HEREIN AND PROVIDING FOR

Redevelopment Agency) meeting for October 30th, 2025. I am your chair, Christine
King, and I'm joined today with my colleagues, Commissioner Damian Pardo,
Commissioner Miguel --
Board Member Gabela: Gabela. You forgot already?
Chair King: No, I'm reading -- because I always say your middle name, Commissioner
Angel Gabela --
Board Member Gabela: Angel, yeah.
Chair King: -- and Commissioner Rosado. Thank you all for being here and thank you
for your advocacy. We are going to get going. Mr. City -- Madam City Attorney, I'm
sorry, please read your -- please read the agenda item, Resolution 1, for the record.
Domini Gibbs-Sorey: Good afternoon, Board. Domini Gibbs-Sorey, Assistant City
Attorney for City Attorney's Office, General Counsel for the Midtown CRA. The first
item is a resolution -- or the only item, sorry.
The Resolution was read by title into the public record by Assistant General Counsel
Domini Gibbs-Sorey.
Chair King: Thank you, Madam City Attorney. Is there anyone that would like to speak
on behalf of this item? If there's anyone that would like to speak on behalf of this item,
please come forward. Seeing none, may I have a motion?
Board Member Rosado: So moved.
Board Member Pardo: Second.
Chair King: All in favor?
Board Member Pardo: Aye.

Board Member Gabela: No.
Chair King: Motion carries, 3-1.
