Development Authority of the City of Miami ("Miami DDA").
Background of Item:
Discussion of tentative millage rate, proposed millage rate was approved on the July
24th, 2025, City Commission Meeting, and proposed budget for the Miami DDA.
The tentative millage rate is less than the current year's rate by 10%. And the tentative
rate is 3.77% less as a percentage change of rolled -back rate from the 0.4053 mills
rollback rate.
