A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION APPOINTING A CERTAIN
INDIVIDUAL AS A MEMBER OF THE MIAMI FOREVER BOND PROGRAM CITIZENS'
OVERSIGHT BOARD FOR A TERM AS DESIGNATED HEREIN.

Section 1. The individual listed above is hereby appointed as a member of the Miami
Forever Bond Program Citizens' Oversight Board, to serve for an unexpired term ending
March 14, 2026, or until the nominating Commissioner leaves office, whichever occurs first.'
