In the event of one of the aforementioned circumstances, the special meeting would be held on September 16, 2025, at 9:00 a.m. in the City Commission chambers located at Miami City Hall, 3500 Pan American Drive, Miami, Florida 33133. All of the scheduled agenda items from that cancelled meeting shall automatically be scheduled as an agenda item at the special City Commission meeting.
