Title: A RESOLUTION OF THE MIAMI CITY COMMISSION, WITH ATTACHMENT(S),
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A ROAD JURISDICTION
TRANSFER AGREEMENT WITH THE FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION ("FDOT"), TO ACCOMMODATE THE WIDENING OF
SOUTHWEST 4 AVENUE WEST OF THE INTERSTATE 95 ("1-95") SOUTHBOUND
OFF -RAMP TO SOUTHWEST 7 STREET BY THE FDOT; FURTHER AUTHORIZING
THE CITY MANAGER TO TAKE ANY AND ALL ACTIONS NECESSARY TO
ACCOMPLISH THE SAID TRANSFER FROM THE CITY OF MIAMI ("CITY") STREET
SYSTEM TO THE FDOT'S STATE HIGHWAY SYSTEM, AS STATED HEREIN AND
MORE GENERALLY DEPICTED IN EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND INCORPORATED;
AND DIRECTING THE CITY CLERK TO TRANSMIT A COPY OF THIS RESOLUTION
TO THE FDOT, DISTRICT 6.
Notes:
NOTE #1: Pursuant to the resolution, this item became effective immediately upon adoption
by the Commission. NOTE #2: Per Directive, City Clerk's Office transmitted on 10/7/2025.
