Dear Mr. Craig,
We are requesting subcontract approval under the aforementioned subgrant agreement. The request is
for approval of a contractual services agreement between IPTM and City of Miami in the amount of
$140,910.71. Under the contract, Miami Police Department will conduct overtime high visibility
education and enforcement operations through May 8, 2026.

Dear Ms. Murchison:
By submission of this letter, I tender my approval for the City of Miami Police Department's application for Alert
Today Florida's High Visibility Enforcement for Pedestrian and Bicycle Safety Program for fiscal years 2025-26.
In order to provide additional police services to increase pedestrian and bicyclist safety, we are seeking FDOT
grant funds in the amount of $140,910.71. Funding will support officer overtime pay for City of Miami Police
Department (MPD) to run pedestrian and bicycle safety traffic operations at all the high crash segments suggested
by Florida Department of Transportation for the City of Miami.
