LEGAL DESCRIPTION:

to the plat thereof, as recorded Plat Book 14, Page 55, of the
Public Records of Miami -Dade County, Florida. Said lands
containing approximately 0.172 acres (7,500.00 sq.ft), more
or less, and lying in Sections 39 and 40, Township 54 South,
Range 41 East, City of Miami, Miami -Dade County, Florida.
NOTES:
1.- This is not a Boundary Survey.
2.- Geometry is based on underlying subdivision, as
shown.
3.-These lands are subject to easements and restrictions
of record. No title search has been conducted by this
surveyor.
4. This sketch and the copies thereof are not valid without
