LINE/BUILDING SITE THAT WOULD ALLOW FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF MORE
THAN ONE SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCE ON A PARCEL ZONED "T3-R," SUB -URBAN
TRANSECT ZONE - RESTRICTED WITH THE "NCD-3," COCONUT GROVE
NEIGHBORHOOD CONSERVATION DISTRICT OVERLAY, GENERALLY LOCATED
AT 4055 POINCIANA AVENUE, MIAMI, FLORIDA; MAKING FINDINGS; CONTAINING
A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; AND PROVIDING FOR AN EFFECTIVE DATE.
