AUTHORIZED ("UPDATED PROJECT"); AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO
NEGOTIATE AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL NECESSARY DOCUMENTS INCLUDING
EXTENSIONS, AMENDMENTS, AND MODIFICATIONS, ALL IN FORMS ACCEPTABLE
TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR SAID PURPOSE.
