Our mission is to ensure successful reintegration by providing holistic, trauma -informed reentry support services including workforce development, peer mentorship, legal advocacy, and housing navigation across Miami -Dade and Broward Counties. Core Competencies - Design and deliver pre- and post -release reentry programs - Train and deploy CRPS peer mentors with lived experience - Facilitate workforce readiness, financial literacy, and life skills training - Provide housing navigation, reunification planning, and stabilization support - Deliver legal advocacy, courtroom support, and probation compliance services - Maintain partnerships with corrections, probation, and healthcare systems Key Programs - Project RISE: In -facility life skills and employability training - H.O.M.E. Base: Housing navigation and family reunification - PATH Program: Probation advocacy, community service, and legal support - Peer Support: CRPS training pipeline and mentorship model Target Population Justice -impacted individuals, returning citizens, individuals at risk of homelessness, and people with behavioral health or legal system involvement in Miami -Dade and Broward Counties. Our Founder chairs the Lived Experience Committee of the Miami -Dade Homeless Trust. Some of our collaborative partners are Miami -Dade Corrections, Florida DOC, the Federal BOP, mobile healthcare and telecommunications providers, transitional housing partners as well as mental health and substance abuse service providers.
