ENTITLED TO RECEIVE, AS SPECIFIED IN EXHIBIT "A," ATTACHED AND
INCORPORATED; FURTHER AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO NEGOTIATE
AND EXECUTE ANY AND ALL DOCUMENTS INCLUDING AMENDMENTS,
RENEWALS, EXTENSIONS, AND MODIFICATIONS, ALL IN A FORM ACCEPTABLE
TO THE CITY ATTORNEY, FOR SAID PURPOSE.
