A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AID DIRECTING THE BUILD-
ING INSPECTOR OF TdE •CITY OF MIAMI TO ISSUE A
SPECIAL BUILDING PERIET TO RAILEY-UILALI HARDWARE
COMPANY FOR THE ERECTION OF A WAREHOUSE BUILDING.
WHEREAS, by an amendment to the City Building Code, it is
provided that in the construction of buildings to cover a great-
er proportion of lot area than allowed by the City Building Code,
it shall be neoessary to submit plans and specifications for such
building to the Building Inspector and the Director of Public
Service for examination and upon proper recommendation from said
officials, the City Commission may authorize the issuanoe of a
Special Building Permit, and
WHEREAS, Railey-Milam Company have submitted plans and speci-
fications for the erection and construction of a warehouse building
located on Lot 15 of Young's Subdivision (Buena Vista) ,3726 N. E.
2nd Avenue, to cover a greater proportion of lot area than allowed
by the said Building Code, and
WHEREAS, the Building Inspector has submitted his written ap-
proval of the plans and specifications for said Building,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY 21 + C OM MI SS IO_T OF THE CITY
OF IIIAMI: That the Building Inspector be, and he is hereby, auth-
orized and directed to issue a Special Building Permit to Railey-
i.:ilam Hardware Company for the erection and construction of a ware-
house building according to the plans and specifications submitted
therefor.
