A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING A CHANGE
IN THE SIZE OP PIPE TO BE LAID UNDER
CITY CONTRACTS SR. 45 AND 8R. 49.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COIMISSION O' THE CITY OF MTAMI:
Section 1. That the use of 21" pipe instead of
18" pipe in Districts to be improved under City Contracts
Sr. 45 and Sr. 49 be, and the same is hereby, authorized.
Section 2. That the additional expense under
Contract Sr. 45 of $388.10, and $1,423.80 under Contract
Sr. 49 is hereby approved and authorized.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 28th day of December,
A. D. 1925.
