A RESOLUTION CANCELLING CERTAIN SIDEWAT,
IhI9ROVEUENTS SET FORTH HEREIN .AND ROVING
THE ENDING LIEi8 AGAINST PROPERTY AFFECTED,
WHEREAS, in view of the street widening program under
way on S. W. lst and S. W. 2nd Streets, it is deemed advisable
to cancel certain parts of sidewalk improvements in Districts
Sk. 55 and Sk. 57, and removing pending liens now against prop-
erty affected thereby,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAUI :
Section 1. That the following streets be eliminated
from the Sidewalk Improvement No. 55 ordered by Resolution No.
1767, adopted December 23rd, 1924:
North side 3.4. 1st Street,
Both sides S.4. 1st Street,

er Drive to 5th Avenue,
t side Railway to 'ii.2nd Ave.
Section 2. That the following street be eliminated from
the Sidewalk Tmprovecnent No. 57 ordered by Resolution No. 1769,
adopted December 23rd, 1924:
Both sides S.W. 2nd Street, S.W. 12th Avenue to S.W.17th Ave.
Section 3. That the pending liens against all property
affected by the improvements except streets, be, and the same are
hereby, cancelled and removed.
