A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING THE BID OF AND AWARDING
CONTRACT TO C. H. LYNE FOUNDRY & MACHINE COUPANY
FOR FURNISHING CASTINGS,TO BE USED IN SEWER CON-
STRUCTION COVERED BY CITY SEWER CONTRACTS 49, 52
AND 55.
WHEREAS, upon tabulation of bids received December 14th,
1925, for furnishing castings to be used in sewer construction
covered by City Sewer Contracts 49, 52 and 55, it appears that
the bid of C. H. Lyrae Foundry & Machine Company was the lowest
and best bid received for the work,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE CITY
OF
action 1. That the bid of C. H. Lyme Foundry & Machine
Company for furnishing castings to be used in sewer construction
covered by City Sewer Contracts 49, 52 and 55 at and for the unit
prices set forth in their proposal received December 14th, 1925,
be, and the same is hereby, accepted and contract for the work a-
warded to said C. H. L7,7ne Foundry & Ilachine Company.
Section 2. That the City Llanager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of iiiami, contract
with said C. H. Lyiie Foundry & ijachine Company for the said work
accordin.3 to the plans and specifications.
Section 3. he City Clerk is hereby directed to return checks
and bid bonds to the unsuccessful bidders.
