CONSTRUCTION OF PAVING IN HIGHWAY IMPROVEMIT
DISTRICT 308 .AND AU THO? I Z r-TG THE EXECUTION OF
SAID CONTRACT.
HE.RF.,A S , upon tabulation of bids reoeived December 14th,
1925, for construction of paving in dighway. Improvement District
308, itappears that the bid of Liorgan-aill aving Company was
the lowest and beet bid received for the work,
NOW, ' HEICEORE , BE IT RESOLVE BY THE COIMISSION OF THE CITY
OF
Section 1. That the bid. of Morgan -Hill PaviiE Company for
the co truction of paving in Highway Improvement District 308
tEg nd for the unit prices set forth in their proposal received
December 14th, 1925, be, and the same is hereby, accepted and. c on -
tract for the work awarded to said I.:organ-dill paving Company.
Section 2. That the City i:ionager be, and he is hereby, author-
ized to execute, for and on behalf of the City of ,J.ami contract
with said 1.iorgan-Hi11 Paving.. Company for the said work according
to the plans and speoificbtions.
Section 3. The City Clerk is hereby directed to return certi-
fied checks and bid bonds to the unsuccessful bidders.
