A RESOLUTION CANCELLING CERTAIN SEWER
rKPROVEMENTS AND REMOVING PENDING LIENS
AGAINST ALL PROPERTY AFFECTED BY SUCH
IMPROVEEENTS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY TiE CCL1:ISSI0N OF THE CITY OF 112AMI:
Section 1. That Sanitary Sewer Improvements 129
to 133 ordered by Resolutions 1953 to 1957, inclusive,
adopted May 12th, 1925, be, and they are hereby, can-
celled.
Section 2. That the pending liens against all
property abutting upon and affected by the said. Sewer
Improvements be, and the same are hereby, cancelled and
removed..
PASSED D DOPTED this 21st day of December,
A. D. 1925.
