A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE CITY ATTORNEY
TO EMPLOY AN ASSISTANT AT A SALARY NOT TO
EXCEED FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS A YEAR.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COM?TTSSION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI:
Section 1. That the City.A.ttorney be, and he is
hereby, authorised to employ an assistant at a salary not
to exceed five thousand (5,000.00) dollars per year.
Section 2. That the sum of twenty-five hundred
t$2500.00) dollars be, and is hereby, appropriated from
the General Fund Surplus to the Legal Department for the
purpose of paying the salary of the assistant to the City
Attorney.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D.
1925.
