ORDERING STORM S1Vritt IMPROVEMENT 180.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meting held at 3:00
o' olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Storm Sewer Improvement 180i
and the plans, speoifioatione and estimate of ooat thereof,
and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2528, adopted De oemb er fith ,
1925, ordering Storm Sewer Improvement 180, be, and the same is
hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
