A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 179.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 300
o'olook P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all ob jeotions presented by interested persona to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
179, and the plans, speoifications and estimate of cost there-
of, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT R22OLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2327, adopted December 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 179, be, and the same
is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
