A RESOLUTION CONFIRUING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY Sswhai IMPROVPIONT 177.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., Deoember 21st, 1926, after legal notioe, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the confir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
177, and the plans, speoif ioat ions and estimate of cost there-
of, and no ob jeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2325, adopted Deoember 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 177, be, and the
same is hereby, oonfirmed.
PAS6ED AID ADOPTED this 21st day of December, A. D. 1925.
