A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 176.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o' olook P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal not ioe, beard
all objections presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
176, and the plans, epeoifioations and estimate of °oat there-
of, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2324, adopted Deoember 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 176, be, and the
same is hereby, confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoember, A. D. 1925.
