A RESOLUTION CONPIRRING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEW INPROVEMENT 175.
WHEREAS, the Olty CornzaiBeion at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., Deoember 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the oonfir
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
175, and the plans specifications and estimate of oost there-
of, and no objection was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OP THE
CITY OF MIAMI: That Resolution No. 2323, adopted Deoember 7tb,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 176, be, and the
same is hereby, oonfirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of December A. D. 1925.
