A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE RESOLUTION
ORDERING SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT 174.
WHEREAS, the City Commission at a meeting held at 3:00
o'clock P. M., December 21st, 1925, after legal notice, heard
all objections presented by interested persons to the oonfir-
mation of the resolution ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement
174, and the plans, specifications and estimate of cost there-
of, and no objeotion was sustained,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COMMISSION OF THE
CITY OF MIAMT: That Resolution No. 2322, adopted December 7th,
1925, ordering Sanitary Sewer Improvement 174, be, and the
same is hereby, Confirmed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 21st day of Deoemb er , A. D. 1925.
